We specialise in rentals and we offer our clients full, legal (Spanish) contracts plus a proper back up service. This is a crucial element if you want peace of mind and security. Beware rental agencies operating from little more than a mobile telephone. The choice is yours, of course, but, as in the UK and Ireland, you would never think of renting through an insecure source, a moonlighting operation or a cupboard at the back of a shop.

Please bear in mind that rentals here normally cover either a six or 11 month term, renewable if both parties are happy to continue. You will normally be expected to pay 2 months rental in advance, one of which is a refundable deposit payable to your landlord and the other is your first months rent.
