The Rent to Buy option

Lindale Property Brokers is pleased to offer purchasers and vendors a legal and comprehensive contract enabling both parties to undertake a rent to buy scheme. Basically, the purchaser lives in, and rents, a property for an agreed period – usually six months – at the end of which the sale is completed. The accumulated rental paid is deducted from the agreed sale price. Both parties are legally bound to complete.

The scheme is ideal for people who are moving into an area for the first time and who still need to sort out their personal affairs – but do not want to miss out on a good buy. It also suits vendors who are not in a hurry but who appreciate the level of 'commitment to buy' which is involved.
